Cameleon ALPES is committed to providing you with team members (depending on the number of participants) throughout your stay to handle transfers and ensure the smooth running of your activities.
Cameleon ALPES also offers its local knowledge and professional partners. All our activities are supervised by entertainment and/or sports professionals to ensure maximum safety and enjoyment for our participants.
Our rates are provided for informational purposes only. They are subject to change depending on the number of participants, the location, and the activity selection.
Insurance
Cameleon ALPES is a company with civil liability insurance for all the activities it organizes.
Additional assistance insurance is available.
This includes rescue, search, and repatriation costs.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Nature of services
By this proposal, CAMELEON ALPES undertakes to provide, under its sole responsibility, the services provided for its client
and as provided for in the specific terms and conditions of the contract.
CAMELEON ALPES undertakes to implement all necessary means to recruit the personnel and provide the necessary equipment to ensure the successful completion of the services.
2. Duration
The duration of the service is defined in the specific conditions.
3. Price
The service is concluded and accepted upon receipt of a quote signed by the client. Any additional services will be invoiced in addition.
4. Order Confirmation
Any order confirmation by signing the contract implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions of our proposal.
5. Order Cancellation
Any service ordered from CAMELEON ALPES and reserved in writing that cannot be completed due to the customer’s fault will be refunded less the cancellation fees stipulated in the contract.
6. Obligations of CAMELEON ALPES
If, due to force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible, and insurmountable), CAMELEON ALPES is unable to provide one or more services, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the canceled service(s).
In these cases, the refund must be made no later than 30 days after the end of the stay, as stipulated in the special conditions. After this period, late payment interest will be applied under the same conditions as those set out in Article 7.

8. Insurance
CAMELEON ALPES holds a professional civil liability insurance policy of the organizer type, in accordance with current regulations and undertakes to provide a copy to the client upon request.
