The goal was to introduce them to mountain activities in a fun and engaging atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The main objective: creating excitement around the activity and the location\u2014Vallorcine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>What logistical challenges did you face?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A common challenge in the mountains: snow. It was both an obstacle and a requirement. The Col des Montets, the access road to the event site, closes during heavy snowfall\u2014which happened. Fortunately, we had both Plan A and Plan B in place, including an alternative route via the Mont Blanc train. In the end, the pass reopened on the morning of the event, allowing everything to proceed as planned by bus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Another major challenge was organizing this biathlon challenge for 275 participants, requiring extensive logistics. It was the first event of this scale ever hosted in the La Poya ski area!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How was the atmosphere during this sunny sports day?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A friendly and fun vibe!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Everyone gave the activity a try, regardless of their skill level, making it an inclusive experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The weather conditions were perfect\u2014great sunshine and excellent snow coverage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How did participants feel in the moment?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It was an amazing experience on multiple levels:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Discovering this exceptional location<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Getting introduced to biathlon and triathlon<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sharing this team-bonding experience together<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A true sense of cohesion<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For some participants, it was their first time on cross-country skis, making it a real personal achievement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Describe this event in one word?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unforgettable!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aliz\u00e9, Project Manager for the Alps, shares her success story with VATEA.
