General terms and conditions


All services are subject to climatic conditions and authorisations.

Cameleon ALPES undertakes to provide you with its team members (depending on the number of participants) throughout your whole stay to ensure transfers and ensure the smooth running of your activities.

Cameleon ALPES also puts at your disposal its professional partners and its knowledge of the field. All our activities are supervised by professionals in the relevant field, in order to guarantee the maximum of safety and pleasure to the participants.

Our rates are indicative rates. They are subject to change depending on the number of participants, on the location and on the choice of activities.



Cameleon ALPES is a company holding civil liability insurance for all the activities they organise.

A complementary emergency assistance insurance is proposed to you.

This includes rescue fees, search and repatriation.



1. Nature of services

With this proposal, CAMELEON ALPES takes full responsibility for the services provided for its client,
according to the special conditions of the contract.

CAMELEON ALPES is committed to putting in place all means to recruit staff and have the necessary equipment for the successful completion of services.


2. Duration

The duration of the service is defined in the special conditions.


3. Price

The service is concluded and accepted with a quote signed by the client. Any additional services will be charged separately.


4. Order Confirmation

Any order confirmed by the signature of the contract entails acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the specific conditions of our proposal.


5. Cancellation

Any services ordered to CAMELEON ALPES and the subject of a written reservation that cannot be completed by the customer, will be refunded less the cancellation fees stipulated on the contract.


6. CAMELEON ALPES' obligations

If, in case of force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible and insurmountable), CAMELEON ALPES is unable to perform one or more services, the customer will be refunded the amount of the cancelled service(s).

In these cases, the refund must take place no later than 30 days after the end of the stay as indicated in the special conditions. After this period, default interest will be applied under the same conditions as those laid down in Article 7.


7. Payment

Payment terms are defined on the customer's contract.


8. Insurance

CAMELEON ALPES holds an organizer type of professional liability insurance policy, in accordance with the regulations in force and undertakes to provide a copy to the customer upon request.
